Is an anxiety disorder that includes unwanted thoughts (Obsessions) that keep occurring, as well as repetitive behaviors (Compulsions). These behaviors include counting, checking, and washing with the hope of making obsessive thoughts go away.
A panic disorder involves repeated and unexpected episodes of fear that include physical symptoms such as chest pain, shortness of breath, heart palpitations, and dizziness.
Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder:
PTSD is an anxiety disorder that develops after being exposed to a terrifying event in which harm was inflicted on the individual. Events include personal assaults, military combat, and surviving natural disasters.
