What to Do When You Feel "Stuck" in Therapy

Therapy is a helpful way to work through a variety of mental health conditions and life changes. Taking the step to start therapy is brave and can be challenging. Sometimes people can feel stuck in therapy. This can mean that they feel unable to move forward through certain issues or feel as if their symptoms are not improving quickly enough.
